Incentive Rewards Program-  In an effort to increase academic practice, participation, and performance we are pleased to announce a new incentive program. This incentive program is designed to reward scholars and their families for participation and academic performance. We know that the only one who learns is the one that is doing the work! Scholars and families can earn points for prizes like dinner at Chick-fil-A in two different ways at school and at home!

Your teachers will be delivering blended learning using both asynchronous lessons and live synchronous lessons. Please be sure to follow the schedule and suggested times for your asynchronous work so you stay on track. Students will complete work for 4 Core Content Areas Monday-Thursday (English, Social Studies, Math, Science) and Mondays-Wednesdays (12:00PM-3:00PM) and whole group on Fridays will participate for Enrichment and Small Group Support for Reading and Math.

At School - Let's show we are actively participating by demonstrating the following behaviors: arrive on time to class, have your camera on, actively participate in class by responding in chat, on the mic and in small groups. Each week students will have the opportunity to earn points during class for demonstrating active participation. Instructors will reward active participation through our Teachers In Touch program. 

At Home - In preparation for first semester final exams, students will have assignments designed for students to review by telling parents what they have learned. For example: In ELA students might be asked to give your parents 3 examples of nouns. Parents would listen and sign off that their student shared the answer to the question! Instructors will reward active participation through our Teachers In Touch program.
